    Improve Home-Office Wellness

Our experienced Ergonomic Consultants implement customer-specific solutions to alleviate discomfort. Whether it’s an ergonomic mouse, an individual stretching plan, or body mechanic recommendations, our ergonomic specialists recommend customized solutions to improve home-office wellness.

    How it works?

Our experienced Ergonomic Consultants go through a three-step process to analyze your workstation virtually from home. Please see the three steps below.
    • Ergonomic Prescreen

Before the virtual assessment, the contact person will send some background information about the employee. If possible, we ask for the employee to provide a photo of them working at their home workstation. This will give the ergonomic specialist the ability to prepare for the virtual assessment.
    • Remote Ergonomic Assessment

We start the conversation on an online virtual platform. The ergonomic specialist will conduct a 10-25 minute interview to review job duties, work habits, positioning, and body mechanics at the employees home office. The ergonomic specialist then analyzes the employee's daily routine and equipment (i.e. desk, chair, computer, mouse). Additionally, the ergonomic consultant will view the employee performing daily job duties to help determine the source of discomfort. Some body mechanic and environmental recommendations may be made on the day of the virtual assessment. However, the ergonomic consultant will make most recommendations in the written report.
    • Written Ergonomic Assessment Report

The ergonomic specialist will send an email to the designated contact person with a list of solutions to improve office wellness. Solutions can include but are not limited to, environmental modifications, a customized exercise and wellness program, and ergonomic equipment. When ergonomic equipment is recommended, the consultant will make specific non-installed product recommendations (for example, a specific keyboard, mouse, or footrest). For products requiring installation (for example, monitors arms or standing desks), the ergonomic specialist will guide the contact person or HR specialist and inform them of important considerations before purchase. If installed products are needed, an onsite home assessment may be recommended.
