During the Ergonomics Training, an experienced ergonomic consultant will train supervisors and human resource specialist how to conduct an ergonomic assessment. Our goal is to help supervisors and HR professionals conduct an ergonomic assessment that fosters employee wellness, health, and an ergonomically sound workplace.
During the Ergonomics Training, the ergonomic consultant will personally train supervisors how to identify ergonomic problems (i.e. poor sitting posture) and how to make appropriate ergonomic recommendations (i.e. ergonomic equipment). Supervisors and HR specialist learn ergonomic analytical skills and apply them into practice. The training session will give supervisors the chance to practice newly learned skills during visual and in-person case studies. Our ergonomic consultants will give these supervisors and HR professionals the ability to make sound ergonomic decisions to improve employee morale, productivity, and reduce discomfort.
