Mini-Ergonomic Assessment

We provide mini-ergonomic evaluations for companies who want to proactively prevent workplace injury, promote wellness, and assess new hires. Unlike the more comprehensive office ergonomic assessment meant for employees experiencing discomfort, the mini-assessment is made for employees who are currently not experiencing strain but want to prevent future ergonomic problems.  The mini-ergonomic assessment is less costly than the more comprehensive office ergonomic assessment and is a great way to create an ergonomically sound office when working on a tight budget.

Onsite Visit

During a onsite visit, our certified ergonomic assessment specialists will meet one-on-one with each employee to conduct a 20-30 minute workstation analysis. The specialist will make chair, monitor(s), and product adjustments as well as body mechanics and product recommendations. The consultant will bring non-installed products (i.e keyboard, mouse, footrest ect) onsite to find the closest ergonomic fit with each employee.

Written report

After the onsite visit, the certified ergonomic assessment specialist will briefly describe ergonomic and injury risks. If the consultant finds that an employee is at serious risk for an injury, the  specialist may recommend the a full ergonomic assessment.

After describing the employee’s background and ergonomic risk, the specialist will list onsite adjustment and the reason for each recommendation.  The consultant will make specific non-installed product recommendation (for example, a specific keyboard, mouse, or footrest). For products requiring installation (i.e monitors arms), our ergonomic specialists will guide the HR specialist and inform them of important considerations before purchase.

Pricing and Scheduling

Please note that the mini-ergonomic assessment requires a four person minimum.
