Work Conditioning/Work Rehab Programs

What is work conditioning?

A work conditioning program is an individualized rehab-program to help injured employees return to work.   Our therapists first evaluate the employee at baseline, looking at underlying balance, endurance, and muscular deficits.  Therapists then implement a customized work rehab program to improve previously identified deficits.  Working hand-in-hand with the employee’s physician, the therapist will design a program to help the employee return to specific work duties.

Who will conduct the work conditioning program?

At Ergonomics Advance, a licensed occupational therapist will develop and implement the work conditioning program.  Our experienced therapists are specially trained to design and implement these work-rehab programs.  We have multiple years experience in rehab medicine and have helped many individuals return to their prior level of function
