Industrial Workplace Injury Prevention

Our team of experienced ergonomic specialists can help reduce injuries at your industrial site.  Whether stationed onsite or delivering to various destinations, employees who work out of an industrial site are at risk for musculoskeletal injuries.  Workers in an industrial site lift heavy loads, drive for long periods, and perform repetitive movements.  Poor processes and habits contribute to exorbitant claims, decreased employee morale, and low quality of life.

We are an experienced ergonomic assessment company.  Our consultants have the tools and training to design customized industrial workplace solutions.  Our goal is simple: create a workplace injury prevention program specific to your company.

On-site Assessment

We first start by interviewing employees and administrators to determine the range of job tasks, routines, and demands.  We then administer several ergonomic evaluation tests to determine the risk of repetitive strain injuries.  These ergonomic evaluations include, but are not limited to, the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), W-1 OSHA screen, and the Rodgers Muscle Fatigue Analysis.  Our ergonomic consultants will choose appropriate ergonomic tools based on your company’s particular needs.

Ergonomics Report

After analyzing employees working on-site and delivering off-site, we write a detailed industrial ergonomics report.  The ergonomic specialist(s) will describe the employee’s current job tasks, routines, and demands based on interviews and initial observations.  We provide the results for the ergonomic evaluation tests (i.e. REBA.).  We then analyze and discuss the results of the assessments and tests to describe the level of musculoskeletal risk and body regions which pose the greatest risk for repetitive strain injury. The ergonomic specialist will finally provide customized behavioral, environmental, procedural, and/or product recommendations to prevent injuries.  If necessary, the ergonomic specialist(s) will return onsite to analyze, review, and/or modify recommendations three months after recommendations are implemented.
