What is a mini-ergonomic assessment?

During a mini-ergonomic assessment, a specialist will analyze your employees’ work environment and implement customer-specific solutions to reduce discomfort.  We developed this type of evaluation help employers proactively prevent workplace injury, assess new hires, and help become a Certified B Corporation.

How is the mini-ergonomic assessment different from a regular evaluation?

We developed the mini-assessment to help people who are currently not experiencing strain but want to prevent workplace pain and injury in the future.  This evaluation is different the more comprehensive office ergonomic assessment  where employees are currently experiencing discomfort.

How long does the onsite evaluation take?

We will spend about 20-30 minutes onsite with each employee.    This includes a 5-10 minute interview as well as onsite analysis of  the employee’s daily routine, workstation, chairs, desks, mice, and keyboard.

Will I receive a written report?

Yes.   We will send a written report directly to the HR specialist or designated contact person.  In the written report, the ergonomic specialist will provide customized ergonomic recommendations.

What do you charge per mini-ergonomic assessment?

We charge $85 per mini-ergonomic evaluation.  Since this price is less expensive than the more comprehensive office ergonomic assessment, we require scheduling of a minimum of four employees.
