What is a virtual ergonomic assessment?
During the virtual ergonomic assessment, a specialist will analyze you or your employee’s home work environment and implement customer-specific solutions to reduce discomfort. Whether it’s environmental modifications, customized exercise and wellness plans, or ergonomic equipment, our certified ergonomic assessment specialists will ensure each recommendation is customized to your home -office needs.
How long does the assessment take?
The virtual ergonomic assessment takes between 30 and 40 minutes. This includes a 10-15 minute interview, analysis of the employee’s daily routine and workstation, and recommendations, if necessary.
Will I receive a written ergonomic evaluation report?
Yes. We will send a written report directly to the HR specialist or designated contact person. In the written report, the ergonomic specialist will analyze each employee’s work habits and how he or she interfaces with the workstation, provide ergonomic recommendations, and describe the reasons for each recommendation. The consultant will make specific non-installed product recommendation (for example, a specific keyboard, mouse, or footrest). For products requiring installation (i.e monitors arms, keyboard trays), our ergonomic specialists will guide the HR specialist and inform them of important considerations before purchase.
