During the Ergonomic Design process, an ergonomic specialists will provide recommendations, strategies, and product recommendations to reduce workers compensation claims and injury for the entire office. After reviewing and analyzing injury reports (i.e. OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 forms) as well as an in-depth and personal evaluation of the ergonomic obstacles facing employees, solution based strategies and product recommendations will be provided. We first work with human resource administrators, corporate executive as well as interior designers and architects to understand your company’s injury risk. We then conduct detailed evaluations, analyzing the interface between employees and their workstations. This is done both on an individual as well as a company-wide scale. Individual trends, work habits, OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 forms, and company culture will be analyzed so that an ergonomic program specifically tailored to your company can be proposed.
